    The service was genuinely really good, especially from

    Staff members like Mr Amin and Mr Mahmoud, who went out of their way to assist and accommodate special needs. The overall atmosphere was modern and clean were great, though I wish the internet connection was more reliable.

    A safe box, a mini-bar and central heating available in the queen suite. Their service was exceptional. Not to mention free wifi! Central location close to the second main train station Sidi Gaber. And near the best fish food market in Alex as well as the sea with a wide terrace.

    Ope, let me tell ya, the view from our room was just fine! Especially Mr Mohamed at breakfast-what a gem! Everything from the food to the warm hospitality was great. Only downside? Can't wait to come back!

    the rooms were reasonably large, complete with 3 terace as well as a good privacy, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too.

    We loved the full access to the Oasis pool with a waterfall area, perfect for our kids! The balcony provided fine views of the sea. Kudos to the staff, especially for the tasty breakfast and cleanliness-everything felt cute and fresh.

    In my wife's opinion, some children's amenities could be better.

    staff very friendly; breakfast buffet in general, i. e. presentation, richness, service very good.

    Quality of repairs in need of improvement. The first room service (before we arrived) probably watched more TV than cleaned up; so there was an empty water bottle under the curtain.
